As a business owner it's likely that you have, at least once, invested significantly in a technology "solution". If you were lucky, it delivered what you needed.
Do you recall what led to you deciding on that solution?
How often do you hypothesise new value propositions for your customers? When did you last check if your current thinking is on track for your market? How many ideas have you come up with and discounted in the last six months?
Do you think tech is the answer?
We think you should be continuously developing your value hypothesis. Then whilst sorting the tech out, try to disprove the hypothesis as quickly as you can. If you don't someone else will. They will deliver the next valuable experience and overtake you.
